All freight transportation handled by Doe Branch Boat & RV Storage, LLC is subject to the terms of the Bill of Lading. We're committed to maintaining the highest transit standards, but shippers must recognize that liability for loss or damage is limited unless a higher value is declared in writing prior to pickup.
Our cargo transportation services operate under strict adherence to state and federal DOT regulations. Transit times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, although we maintain a 98% on-time delivery rate across our regional routes.
2. Forwarding & Logistics Agreements
When you utilize our warehousing for freight transportation, you're entering into a professional service agreement. Doe Branch Boat & RV Storage, LLC acts as both a direct carrier and a logistics coordinator to provide comprehensive delivery solutions.
Payment terms are generally Net 30 days unless otherwise negotiated. Late payments may result in a service suspension or a lien on cargo currently in our possession at the 2270 DOE BRANCH RD facility.
